We are so proud to share that Dr Kathryn Hayes (Journalism section) has won the Teaching Excellence Award (Individual) 2024/2025!
 
Other winners of the University Teaching Excellence Awards include:

• The Teaching Excellence Award (Team) goes to Dr Ross Higgins, Dr Declan Phillips, Dr Terence Ryan and Dr Giovanni Zucco from the School of Engineering.
• The Excellence in Pedagogic Support Award goes to Dr Alan Dormer and Juhani Konttinen from the Irish World Academy of Music and Dance.

The award panel met this week and was comprised of Professor David Walker, Pro-Vice Chancellor Education and Students, University of Brighton; Dr Jo Peat, Head of Educational Development, University Roehampton; Professor Ronni Greenwood, Associate Vice President Student Engagement, UL and Sean Keaney, Vice President Academic, Student Life with Dr Mary Fitzpatrick, Head of CTL chairing the meeting.
