is an Associate Professor at Aix-Marseille University. His work focuses on the activities of teachers and students in the Physical Education (PE) classroom. Olivier specialises in Mixed Methods Research and the enactive phenomenological framework to understand the voices of actors. Currently, Olivier and his team are studying the implementation of an emancipatory education for sustainability (EfS) in PE. With this in perspective, they are interested in both the professional competencies of PE teachers to teach EfS and the obstacles they encounter in doing so, as well as the development and evaluation of EfS implementation in PE classes through physical and artistic activities and outdoor activities.
