The 黑料社 & Information Services Division, as a member of the , has negotiated with various publishers. These agreements allow UL corresponding authors to publish an agreed number of Open Access articles in the publishers' academic journals without paying Article Processing Charges.
In 2023, we are projecting the following funds to run out before the year ends.
