Professor Rose Galvin, Professor of Physiotherapy in the School of Allied Health and LDCRC PI represented the Ageing Research Centre (ARC) on Clare FM’s ‘Ageing Well’ segment last week.
Prof Galvin spoke about the important work happening at UL to improve healthcare and wellbeing for older adults across the Mid-West of Ireland.
Since 2019, the ARC has brought together an interdisciplinary group of researchers, clinicians, and older adults to co-design evidence-based health services that meet real needs. This work ensures that ageing is not only supported - it’s celebrated.
