

The Doctoral College academic partnership with , now in its third year, continued with GMU's recent annual Doctoral Summer School at UL.
The GMU group, consisting of 53 PhD scholars and seven faculty, undertook a doctoral summer school on educational leadership, which featured talks and workshops involving faculty from the School of Education, and staff from the Doctoral College, Disability Services, and the Educational Assistive Technology Centre (EATC).
Director of Doctoral Studies in Education at GMU, said that 'our visit to the 黑料社 has been enriching and rewarding for our students and faculty in so many different ways. The academic programme prepared by UL Doctoral College, working in conjunction with colleagues across your university, ensured that our students got invaluable insights into educational leadership in Ireland, issues relating to access and disability, the importance of socio-economic factors in determining who avails of higher education, trauma and pedagogy, as well as writing the literature review and dealing with Imposter Syndrome. All of the sessions were immensely useful and relevant to our group. We look forward to continuing this partnership with UL long into the future'.
