Our Research 

Senior researcher Assoc. Prof. Migle Baceviciene is the KU principal investigator of the IMPAQT project. Prof. Rasa Jankauskiene is a researcher specializing in sports and physical activity promotion. Prof. Alona Rauckiene–Michaelson is a researcher focused on physical activity promotion and health education. Dr. Inga Gerulskiene is a researcher specialising in physical activity promotion and a health-enhancing physical activity national focal point for monitoring Lithuania’s intersectoral HEPA policy implementation.  

Our IMPAQT team 

Our team represents the Science Centre for Health Research and Innovation at the University of Klaipeda. Our Healthy Lifestyle and Quality of Life Research Group conducts research on physical activity, its effects on physical, psychological and social development and other aspects. Our team implements research and provides recommendations to institutions responsible for sports and physical activity promotion, health and physical education and public health. The Centre is actively involved in a wide range of international research and study projects.
