Professor Elfed Lewis (ECE Department) was awarded with the Institute of Measurement and Control (InstMC) Finkelstein Prize. The InstMC award event took place at on Thursday 4th July, 2024 and awards were presented by the President of the InstMC, Professor Sheila Smith of Glasgow University, UK.  The Finkelstein award is presented annually for notable contributions to Measurement Internationally.  The award was made in  recognition of Professor Lewis' strong research collaboration activities including with China, Malaysia, Pakistan, Thailand, New Zealand as well as several EU countries and the UK.
