Single Semester Fees
Cancellation Policy
Following the deposit and rental fee due date the below cancellation terms will apply:
If you cancel your accommodation following the first instalment of rent and deposit deadline, you will forfeit your full deposit of €500. Those who have rolled over their deposit are subject to €500 deposit forfeit.
Cancellation following check in date
If you cancel your booking following the check in date, you will forfeit your booking deposit in full and be liable for the full contractual fees.
Cancellation following occupancy
If you cancel your booking in writing, having moved into the accommodation, your full damage deposit will be retained and you will be liable for the full contractual rental fees.
Please note: Should you make an application for a full year place with us and cancel mid-way through your stay, you will lose your full deposit, be liable for the full year rent and will be unable to apply for accommodation with us in the future.
