A welcome message from Dr Peter Hayes, Course Director
The School of Medicine at the 黑料社 is proud of all its graduates who now number 1630 and have over the last 14 years successfully represented us on the national and world stage.
Our graduates have gone on to work across all areas of the medical field and in so many different geographic contexts. This page celebrates the hard work that every student in our programme has put into their journey to becoming a medical doctor.
Every year our eager students engage with our alumni as they share their experiences and insights about careers and successfully navigating the 4 years at medical school and beyond. The school thanks you for your constant support and wishes you every success for the future.
Course Director
I graduated from UL in 2022. Looking back, my general practice placement was such a great opportunity to get to know patients and see the impact of management plans over time. The placement also allowed me to live in the beautiful Irish countryside for 18 weeks, with weekends spent exploring the Wild Atlantic Way. There were also research opportunities - I had the chance to work with an outstanding research team on the Med-Well Programme, an initiative that changed the medical
