Respectful
Friday, 6 June 2025

The everyday interactions we have with colleagues within our areas and across campus, must be based on a shared understanding of the principles of dignity and respect, and of our responsibilities to ensure that they apply to everyone on campus. In line with the new Dignity and Respect Policy, we need to understand what these responsibilities are and the supports and reporting procedures that are available to all in UL.

To achieve this understanding, all staff must complete the new Dignity and Respect Training which is delivered in two parts:

  1. eLearning module focused on understanding the Dignity and Respect policy. To access the eLearning module, see here.
  2. In-person module focused on the practical application of UL’s Dignity and Respect Policy and Procedures, including what this means for each of us. Once you have completed the eLearning module, you will be invited to attend an in-person training session.
