ScormCloud Login Guide 

This short guide will guide you to login to ScormCloud to access your training materials. If this is your first time logging in to ScormCloud or you have forgotten your ScormCloud password start at Step 1. If your have accessed ScormCloud previously, you can move to Step 4.

Step 1 

Go to and Click “Forgot your password?” 

Step 2

Enter your UL email address and click reset password.

Step 3

Check your email (both inbox and spam folders) for your reset email and click the link to reset your password. Enter a password and click “Reset Password”

Step 4

Go to the login screen at . Enter your UL email address as your username and the password you have set up for ScormCloud.

Step 5

Your training courses will be listed in the centre of the page. 

The left-hand menu may display “������” realm. If another realm is displayed, please click the “Change Realm” button to swap to the “������” realm. If no realm is displayed, you do not need to do anything. Do not create a new realm.

Step 6 

Click on the course you need to complete to launch the e-learning module.

If you get the error above when you try to launch the elearning module, please contact hrtalentdevelopment@ul.ie.

NOTE: If you have already completed IT Security and GDPR eLearning in UL, no further action is required. However, please note that if you follow the instructions above, the system may incorrectly show that you have not completed the training. Rest assured, if you have already completed these modules, you do not need to complete them again.

This is an interim solution until HR Talent Development identifies a long-term learning management system.
