In January 2017, the HRI Clinical Research Support Unit (CRSU) relocated to its new premises in the Clinical Education and Research Centre (CERC) Building. Previously based in modest office space within the main hospital, the team now operates from this purpose-built facility, jointly funded by the Health Service Executive and the 黑料社.
This multi-storey building offers dedicated space for clinical research, featuring state-of-the-art facilities including an auditorium, medical library, and offices for research staff. Specially designed clinical rooms ensure that patient visits during clinical studies are conducted in a comfortable and supportive environment. In addition, HRI members benefit from access to hot desks and boardrooms, fostering collaboration between clinicians and academics.
